Have you ever felt in your everyday life that your legs are swollen, or that your sole is always tired?
If you’ve felt that way, when was the last time you took care of your sole?
Most people might have not thought of this, but how much percent do you think the mass of your soles are compared to the entire body mass?
The answer is… just a mere 2%.
This means that only 2% of your body is responsible to hold up your entire 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 70kg,…100kg body everyday.
Knowing that, I make it a rule to try to say “thank you “to my soles every night in the bath tub, and say “let’s have a great day together” right after I wake up.
