1.You look better

With a hunched back posture, you look less energetic, making you seem gloomy.

A posture with a straight back looks so much more beautiful and sharp.

By straightening you back, your stomach and buttocks require a certain amount of strength, which will eventually tighten your hips.

Also, keeping your head up high and your chest sticking out makes you look confident, giving the people around you a good impression.

If fixing a bent back makes you look a lot better, why not try it out?

2.You might burn some calories

You might burn some calories

Here’s some news for hunchbacks.

It is said that you can have diet effects just by straightening your posture.

When you bend your back, your back and stomach sag, your intestines move more to the front, making your stomach and thighs easier to become fat.

Especially, when you pelvis is strained it applies pressure to the intestines, slowing down its functions.  This leads to a decrease in metabolism, making it harder for your body to burn visceral and neutral fat.

But by fixing your back, your metabolism improves, making your body become able to burn fat easily and making it hard for fat to stay on it, taking away swelling and cellulite that built up because of your bad posture.

The blood stream improves, affecting the health of your entire body.  To make a body that is hard to get fat, and can easily lose weight, straightening your back is very effective.

Just straightening your back when sitting down strengthens your inner muscles, we recommend you try it out!

3.You’ll have less health problems

Having a bent back as a habit can give your body all kinds of bad effects.

Maybe some of you with hunched backs have already noticed a few.

Here are some examples

  • Lower back aches
  •  Shoulder stiffness
  • Head aches
  • Visceral disorders
  • Breathing dysfunctions
  • Mental problems

“Shoulder stiffnes”, “Lower back aches”, “Head aches”, are problems that are easy to assume, but since a bent back applies pressure to your organs it can also cause stomach aches, digestion problems, and shallow breathing.  Adding to that, physical disorders can also affect your mental health, causing many mental problems.

Therefore, fixing your bent back and keeping a good posture will lower the chances of disorders mentioned.

A good posture enables you to bend your joints more further, making your body more flexible.

As a result it can prevent injury such as a strained back, and muscle pain due to overworking.

4.You become more positive

You become more positive

By having a correct posture, your chest sticks out.

Psychologically it is said that sticking your chest out and facing upwards will make you become happier.  A good posture will also give you very mentally good effects.

People full of confidence have a straight back chest sticking out, making them look positive and strong.

It is also scientifically proven that people who are doing well have good postures.

This is said to be related to the electric current running through the spine.  A bad posture strongly weakens the current flow, making the brain functions slower, lowering memory and concentration.

5.How to fix a bent back

Finally, I will introduce to you some easy exercises that help you fix your bent back.

  1.  Put your hands together behind your back, with your palm facing upwards.
  2. While pulling your arms diagonally down, bring your shoulder blades close together.
  3. Exhale while keeping pulling your chin up, and pulling your arms diagonally down.  Relax after three seconds.

Do these three easy steps about two times every hour, and it will improve your back bending habit and fix your posture.

Precautions

When pulling your arms diagonally down, don’t stick out your stomach.  Also make sure to bring your shoulder blades together, or you may injure the back of your neck when you stretch.

If you have neck problems, do the procedures without pulling your chin up.

Afterword

So, how was it?

People tend to bend their backs when they relax.  It is a relaxing posture, but making it a habit will cause many problems in the long run.
